Timothy Busfield of "The West Wing" is facing child sex abuse allegations. Actor Timothy Busfield, who was arrested on charges of alleged criminal sexual contact of a minor and child abuse, is due back in court on Tuesday to determine whether he will remain in custody in New Mexico or be released pending trial.
